Brian McDonald is a leader in workplace financial solutions who has supported thousands of advisors and employees in their equity compensation. With previous roles at Morgan Stanley and Charles Schwab and experience as an advisor to AI-driven investment platforms, Brian has been advancing technology-driven guidance that empowers people to unlock wealth.

Dr. Vinay Nair is the Founder and CEO of TIFIN, a serial fintech entrepreneur, investor, and academic. He previously founded 55ip (later acquired by J.P. Morgan), holds a Ph.D. in Financial Economics from NYU Stern, and teaches at Wharton. He is recognized for his expertise in finance, technology, and entrepreneurship.

JP Snow is a customer analytics and strategy expert with a proven record of driving business growth through data-driven insights. He has led transformative initiatives in financial services and founded Customer Catalytics. JP brings experience across customer experience, product management, business strategy, marketing, and sales to support Grantd users.

Dr. Sid Sahgal is a product leader with expertise in trading platforms, financial analytics, and generative AI. He co-founded Macrovue and has led product teams at Magnifi, Atom Finance, and Grab. He was also a fixed-income quant at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. Sid holds a PhD in Finance from UNSW and a Master’s in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon.

Tayo Ogunnaike is a finance leader with decades of experience in wealth management, payments, investment banking, and financial technology from senior roles at Goldman Sachs, American Express, and Morgan Stanley. His corporate strategy, M&A, and partnership development skills help Grantd expand its reach in equity compensation planning and guidance.

Trey Robinson is a marketing executive and founder of Story Amplify, with decades of experience scaling brands and driving integrated D2C and B2B growth strategies in the financial sector. He brings his marketing and brand strategy leadership to help elevate conversations around equity compensation and drive Grantd’s innovative brand forward.

Bill Dillhoefer is the former CEO of StockOpter and a leading expert on equity compensation risk analysis and tax planning. After over two decades of work developing and enhancing the StockOpter platform, Bill is excited to see how the new Grantd platform will take StockOpter's legacy even further.

Michael R. Guerra is an innovative leader with a track record of problem-solving. He has held various positions within the financial services industry, including founder and Senior VP of Business Development of Equity Administration Solutions, Inc. (now Insight Software), VP of Business Development at BenefitStreet, and EVP of Business Development at Charli AI.

Guhan Sukumaran is a technology leader with over a decade of experience building and delivering products with advanced AI at their core. He has led teams at various startups and large corporations, including in e-commerce tech (SessionM, acquired by Mastercard) and cybersecurity (Mimecast). He has a background in engineering and theoretical physics.

Amy Lieberthal brings over 20 years of experience in finance, operations, and administration from Cook Street Consulting, Highfields Capital, Deutsche Bank, UBS Warburg, and more. She has managed vendor onboarding, client relationships, financial operations, and corporate events. At Grantd, Amy leads and supports our people, culture, and growth.

Hunter Khan is an entrepreneur with experience in starting and exiting various businesses. He brings leadership and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive product development and develop pipelines to ensure scalable growth and operational efficiency. Hunter focuses on turning ideas into measurable business outcomes.

Chris Ciafone is a customer experience leader with 30+ years of expertise designing and transforming service models across Fortune 500 firms and start-ups. He has led significant initiatives at Charles Schwab, Elevance (Anthem Blue Cross), and Morgan Stanley. At Grantd, Chris will design the customer interaction model to deliver a best-in-class client experience.

Nathan Bidner is an industry leader with nearly 30 years of experience shaping workplace and wealth management strategies. He has held senior roles at Charles Schwab, Fidelity, and Morgan Stanley, where he led executive advice strategy and equity comp planning platforms. At Grantd, Nathan focuses on advisor success, training, service, and platform strategy.

Andrew Azori is a Certified Financial Planner™ and Equity Compensation Associate with more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry. His work has focused on the specialized planning needs of individuals and families navigating equity compensation, shaped in part by his years in San Francisco’s fast-paced financial environment. Now based in his hometown of Boulder, Colorado, Andrew approaches his work with integrity, transparency, and a commitment to thoughtful, strategic analysis.

Adam Wojewoda is an expert at financial operations and client service excellence. His experience includes overseeing portfolio accounting functions, managing multi-party reconciliations, and developing process improvements that mitigate risk and enhance operational efficiency. He brings strong analytical capabilities with relationship-building skills to deliver exceptional service outcomes and operational performance to Grantd users.
